The Northern
Alberta Hereford Club is a volunteer organization dedicated to
the promotion of Hereford cattle. The area represented
by the club spans over 300 km north and south, and 450 km east
and west across the province. You will find top quality
Horned and Polled Hereford breeders spread right across the
area. A diversity of Hereford Genetics from the most
practical to the highest performing cattle can be sought out
in herds which range from world renown to locally accepted
breeders. For example, at the 1996 Calgary Bull Sale,
both grand and reserve grand champion bulls were bred and
raised by NAHC breeders.
All cattlemen
are invited to visit NAHC herds and attend the many shows and
sales throughout the year. Enjoy the Hereford quality
and hospitality of the breeders, and find the kind of cattle
that suit your needs.
